Directions:
For the first two days: take 1 capsule/ day
From the third day onward: take 2 capsules/ day.
• Drink 2 to 3 liters of water/ day.
• Take the capsule/ capsules 30 minutes before breakfast.
• People with low blood pressure or stomach-ache: Take the capsule/ capsules after breakfast.
• Use regularly, properly as guided and enhance exercising to quickly gain desired weight and waist measurements.
When reaching ideal weight, use 1 pack every other day.
Then gradually reduce the number to 1-2 packs per week until stopping completely.
• Drink 2-3 liters of water a day to promote the effects of the tea. Water is especially vital for the process of purifying fat and pushing toxins out of your body.
